Pre-Order Policy
When you place a pre-order with OSOI Hong Kong, you are reserving an item before it arrives in our warehouse. Please read the following carefully before completing your purchase.
Payment
Payment is charged in full at the time of order. By completing a pre-order purchase, you authorise OSOI Hong Kong to charge your payment method immediately.
Estimated Delivery
The estimated delivery date is displayed on the product page at the time of your order. This date is an estimate based on information from our supplier and shipping partners. Delivery dates are subject to change due to production schedules, customs clearance, or unforeseen logistics delays. We will notify you by email if your estimated delivery date changes significantly.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your pre-order. A separate shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Cancellations
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or modified after order confirmation. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge the estimated wait and the possibility of delay.
If OSOI Hong Kong is unable to fulfil your pre-order — for example due to a production issue or stock unavailability — we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
After Delivery
Once your pre-order item has been delivered, our Return & Exchange Policy applies. We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, colour, size, or fit.
If you receive an item with a confirmed factory defect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt with clear photos and your order number. We will review each case individually in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

當您在 OSOI Hong Kong 進行預購，即表示您正在預訂一件尚未到達本港倉庫的商品。請在完成購買前仔細閱讀以下條款。
付款
訂單確認後，系統將即時扣取全額付款。完成預購即表示您授權 OSOI Hong Kong 立即向您的付款方式收取款項。
預計到貨日期
商品頁面上所顯示的預計到貨日期，乃基於供應商及物流合作夥伴提供的資訊。到貨日期僅供參考，可能因生產安排、清關程序或不可預見的物流延誤而有所調整。如預計到貨日期出現重大變動，我們將以電郵通知您。
訂單確認
完成預購後，您將立即收到訂單確認電郵。商品發貨後，我們將另行發送發貨確認電郵。
取消訂單
預購訂單一經確認，恕不接受取消或更改。下單即表示您確認了解預計等待時間及可能出現的延誤情況。
如 OSOI Hong Kong 因生產問題或庫存不足等原因未能履行您的預購訂單，我們將及時通知您，並於 14 個工作日內將全額款項退回至您的原付款方式。
收貨後
預購商品送達後，我們的退換貨政策即適用。我們不接受因個人喜好、顏色、尺碼或款式不符等原因提出的退換申請。
如您收到的商品確認存在生產缺陷，請於收貨後 7 個日曆日內附上清晰照片及訂單編號聯絡我們。我們將根據退換貨政策逐一審核每宗個案。
